Plan3 [2006 - 2011]
Originally an initiative to create a mixture of network space, artist studio and gallery, the project went into a phase where it served as a loose platform for artistic collaborations, which in turn transformed into a Think & Do Tank. Since 2009 Plan3 has functioned as a collaborative platform for me, artist Madeleine Tunbjer and sound artist/composer Ola Paulson. The Plan3 project was completed in mid-2011 through the creation of several collaborative spaces in the context of the Friendly project.

Friendly [2010 - ongoing]
Friendly is an agency for structural change, staging creative actions and development processes. The purpose is to challenge political and economical beliefs taken for granted in society, and to propose alternatives. This is done in creative, playful and innovative ways.
Friendly represents a get-real, hands-on practice, equally useful within and outside predominant structural frameworks. The Friendly concept for change is including and humane. Its uniqueness stems from a methodology utilizing artistic tools for the purpose of moulding testbed spaces, where unexpected possibilities can be perceived and new methods prototyped.
In a longer perspective, the Friendly Foundation plan to research and explore a wide range of strategies for resilient change, including Friendly Crowd Sourcing, Resource Pooling etc. The implementation will be process-oriented, collaborative and experimental forms of societal development and innovation.
The Friendly Development Group is an ongoing prototyping, aiming at creating new jobs for long-term unemployed in southern Sweden. This is done by means of collaborative prospecting of new businesses in the field of social enterprising. For the purpose, we run four separate Development Labs. FDG provides services to the Swedish Public Employment Service and has started several local and regional development projects.

Many art sites in Skåne are not accesible by public transportation. Car pooling is highly recommendable. In this project, which was implemented in a collaboration with the Wanas Foundation, Kivik Art Centre and Kristianstads konsthall in 2009, I provided a system for organized car pooling targeting people that regularly visit these sites . The hitchhiker logo was created by Heike Haunstetter in the test project Gröna Rundan one year earlier. The pooling system was developed in collaboration with Magnus Hasselberg

Empowerment Farming [2008 - 2009]
Originally named Culture means Farming, this project aimed at adressing the joblessness issue from a different angle, striving to find new ways for immigrants, primarily from the Middle East, to participate in the development of local agriculture industry. The project was later renamed Empowerment Farming. In the spring of 2008, Right to Farm the Land was staged in collaboration with the art and agriculture group Kultivator and the art initiative Public Globality Gardens. This was a land claim, where a large number of immigrant families were offered 100-200 sqm farming land each, at no cost.

In that context we asked the Immigrant population for advice on how best to integrate native Swedes in a multi-cultural society. Read more

The Codex/Container Project in 2005 - 2006 was an experiment involving art, product development and packaging. The invited artists had to conform to the concept of producing artwork which should serve as a container for a poetic text, while reflecting a relation to one of the invited manufacturers, whose products were not in any way related to books or litterature. One of the underlying objectives of the experiment, was to provide non-commissioned R&D.
